Hôtel au service déplorable - personnel ne maitrisant pas la langue anglaise, la communication était compliquée. Chambre correcte mais aucun service de chambre : il fallait réclamer pour avoir la chambre faite. Côté restauration il ne fallait pas être pressé : temps d'attente entre 45 mn et 1h pour être servis. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi il n'y avait personne dans cet hôtel.

First and foremost the name itself is worng!!
Hotel Goodwill.
Turns out to be Badwill!!
We checked may be around 3pm and due to some booking issue from the hotel we were made to wait in the check in area for more than half an hour and the reception guy gave us apology drink for us which was kind of him…
The rooms we checked the floor was dirty full of dust,women hair and there was a 2 sharp pins attached to a small wood literally placed at the bottom of the bed..📌📌
The rooms were not spacious as per shown in the official website!!
The condition of the the floors was as if it was cleaned several months ago or maybe more than a year!!
In the evening we ordered our meal and it was closing time of the hotel but we were told that you can order your meal and there is NO PROBLEM…We told the hotel staff that we will dine in front of the hotel room and we received our evening meal as per our orders and the additional meal we asked to the staff was so late and there was not even a proper lighting for us to serve the food as if were eating under a load shedding schedule..We even asked for the light to be turned on but they just ignored.The additional amount of food that we asked for was brought by the staff was more than 15 minutes later and there was only rice and we were informed that the rest of the items were finished😶😶We requested them for little lentils since the only rice is unacceptable to consume and the order was again late like more than 10 minutes..It was more of a HUMILIATION being a guest but the hall staff was hard working but the management was way too poor and the food service was so bad that we were totally shocked!!
The amount we paid and the service we received was awful😖😖
This will be our last stay in this so called goodhell hotel…
